2. Service Description

nanowarp provides lead generation and social media advertising services to businesses seeking qualified prospects. Our services include:

• Lead discovery and qualification
• Social media advertising campaigns
• Prospect verification and scoring
• Lead delivery and reporting

3. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing structure is based on qualified leads delivered:

• Standard Plan: $40 per qualified lead
• Premium Plan: $50 per qualified lead
• Enterprise Plan: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

4. Lead Quality Standards

A qualified lead must meet the following criteria:

• Verified contact information (email and/or phone)
• Demonstrated interest in your product or service
• Matches your specified target demographic
• Has not been contacted by your business in the past 90 days

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate target audience specifications
• Respond to leads in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not resell or redistribute leads to third parties

6. Data Protection and Privacy

7. Service Availability

While we strive to provide continuous service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for maintenance, updates, or other operational requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

nanowarp's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our platform, technology, and methodologies remain the exclusive property of nanowarp. Clients receive a limited license to use our services for their intended business purposes only.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Midland County, Texas.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
